All Monos luggage purchased directly from us, or through an authorized retailer, is backed by our Lifetime Warranty – coverage that stays with you for life, as the original owner.

The warranty covers:

  • Broken or malfunctioning wheels
  • Handles or telescopic handles that stop performing as intended
  • Locks or zippers that no longer function as designed

The warranty does not cover:

  • Airline damage, impact cracks, or dents from handling (covered with optional upgrades)
  • Zipper damage due to impact or unsecured use during transit
  • Cosmetic wear like surface scratches, scuffs, marks, or colour changes
  • Interior wear, including lining or pockets from normal use
  • Lost or stolen luggage
  • Damage from misuse, tampering, or third-party repairs
  • Parts that are still fully functional

For added peace of mind, we offer optional Lifetime Warranty+ upgrades that cover what travel sometimes brings like airline damage or lost luggage.

In the event of a warranty claim:

If a part of your luggage is damaged, we will ship you a replacement part, with instructions for installation. Shipping and processing times may vary based on availability. We will ship you replacement luggage if defective components cannot be repaired or replaced. We cannot guarantee exact replacement of limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items. We guarantee that the replacement luggage will be of equal or greater retail value to your original purchase. We make replacement decisions at our discretion and reserve the right to decline a warranty claim.

Do the bags have a warranty?
