What are the details of the 100-day trial?

We’ve quality-tested our luggage extensively, and we’re confident it can handle just about anything your travels throw its way (and if not, that’s what our warranty is for). While we believe you’ll love your Monos luggage from day one, we also understand that sometimes you just need to see and feel it for yourself. That’s why we offer a 100-day trial, so you can take your time deciding if it’s the right travel companion for you.

We recommend packing it with items similar to what you’d bring on a trip and rolling it around indoors to get a feel for the size, weight, and maneuverability. If it’s not quite the right fit – maybe the size feels off, or the colour isn’t quite you – no problem. Simply initiate your return within 100 days of receiving it.

To help us process your return smoothly, we do require clear photos of the luggage to confirm it’s in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Please note that the trial will be voided if the suitcase shows signs of use in transit or is returned in unsaleable condition.

The return shipping fee of $25 will be deducted from your total refund, processed when your return arrives at our distribution center.

What is your return policy for all other items?

For bags, apparel, and accessories, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery of your item. Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. To help us assess the condition, photos will be required before a return label can be issued. The return shipping fee of $25 will be deducted from your total refund.

What is your exchange policy?

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for your original purchase, and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive instead. If you have any questions, please contact hello@monos.com for assistance.

Can I return or exchange an item in-store?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges at our retail locations. However, we recommend you to initiate a return online. We made the experience convenient and seamless by sending you a return label within a few seconds to apply, and drop off the package at your local carrier office.

What are my options if I do not have the original packaging?

Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. To help us assess the condition, photos will be required before a return label can be issued.

If I purchased an item during a promotion, can I exchange and receive the same discount?

If you process an exchange, the price of the new item will be the current price we are offering. Discounts may differ based on the promotion available during the time of exchange.
